At James & Sons, we’re happy to offer you our J&S NO BS Warranty. James & Sons is the only jeweler in Chicagoland offering this much service for free and in writing! All you need to do is have us refinish your ring, free of charge, once a year. After that, we’ve got you covered with:

 

  • Bi-annual Professional Polishing and Refinishing

  • Unlimited Professional Steam Cleaning

  • Lifetime Sizing

  • Accent Diamond Replacement - We will replace any diamond weighing up to 0.50ct that is chipped, damaged, or lost from your ring

  • Repairs including prongs, tips, channels, and any work needed on your mounting

  • Bi-annual Rhodium Plating

  • Stone Tightening

  • Lifetime Appraisal Updates Upon Your Request

 

This warranty is provided to you, free of charge, on all regularly priced diamond rings and wedding bands.* The only thing we can’t cover in our warranty is theft, loss, or irreparable damage to your rings or center diamond. For those, you’ll need insurance.
