April, 2024 – James & Sons launched the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned program in their Naperville store, as well as online. As an Official Rolex Jeweler, James & Sons will now be able to provide clients the opportunity to purchase pre-owned Rolex watches. This program, launched by Rolex in December 2022 ensures that each watch is authentic and remains in its original configuration, without any alteration, staying true to Rolex’s perpetual philosophy: the relentless pursuit of excellence and a long-term commitment to future generations.

Given that Rolex watches are built to last, they often live several lives, changing wrists over the years. This new program, therefore, attests to the authenticity of these pre-owned Rolex watches at the time of resale by James & Sons. James & Sons will display the Rolex Certified Pre-Owned plaque in-store and provide a Rolex two-year international guarantee at the time of sale, assuring the authenticity of each watch. The Rolex Certified Pre-Owned seal attached to each watch also guarantees its proper functioning.
