Local Jewelry Repair Services
Welcome back to another blog at James & Sons Fine Jewelers. Today we’d like to talk about one of the most important services we offer, our jewelry repair and restoration services. James & Sons is proud to be a full service jeweler.
What Is The Jewelry Repair Process
Our jewelers use a combination of traditional tools and craftsmanship and state of the art high tech instruments to repair and restore your items. Our expert goldsmiths and bench jewelers average over 15 years of experience in both the manufacturing and the repair of fine jewelry.
When you visit us needing an item repaired, our team will carefully examine your item, document all the details in our system, photograph your item, tell you the costs of the services and provide you with a receipt documenting what is to be done.
While in our care, your valuables are fully insured by James & Sons and are stored in high security vaults.
What Are The Different Types of Jewelry Repairs
From resizing rings, building up worn prongs, replacing a missing gemstone or repairing a broken chain, whatever issue you are having with your jewelry we have the solution for you!
You can learn more about the services we offer by visiting us in store or by clicking here.
Our favorite part of this process is when we present you with your beautiful restored jewelry. We often hear “it hasn't looked so good since it was new!”
