At James & Sons, we offer on-site jewelry repair at all four of our locations. Our jewelers can handle prong repair, ring sizing, rhodium plating, professional steam cleaning, engraving, chain and clasp repair, and many more services! We know how important your jewelry is to you, which is why we handle every piece as if it were our own. We’re proud to have knowledgeable, professional bench jewelers on hand at each of our stores in Chicago, Naperville, Orland Park, and Schererville.
Watch Repair
Not only do we have on-site jewelry repair, but we also offer watch repair services at each location. With the help of our expert jewelers, we can replace batteries, repair straps and bracelets, as well as clean, polish, and inspect your watch to ensure everything is in the best condition possible.

Pawel
Pawel has been a bench jeweler since 2002! Pawel’s relationship with James & Sons started from his Uncle Wally, who was also a bench jeweler of ours for many years. Pawel started working at James & Sons in 2007 and we couldn’t be happier to have him at our Orland Park jewelry store.
Wing
Wing has been a bench jeweler for over 30 years! He started with James & Sons in 2018 and works at both our Chicago and Orland Park jewelry stores.
